Es war eine Wunderschöne und Unvergessene Woche in dieser Traumhaften Villa. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter vor allen für das leckere Mousakka .An diesem Ort kann man die Seele baumeln lassen.

Very spacious villa with lovely views from balconies on both floors.... wonderful huge pool - really able to swim lengths which is unusual. Lovely garden with shade when needed. Little beach down the hill with 3 tavernas - we only tried two as they were so good we never made it to the third! One evening there was fabulous live music and kleftiko - all great - we danced!

Georgios visited to check that all was well and one evening a delicious moussaka was delivered for our supper by Tasos which had been cooked by Sofia. This is a special place - very quiet and peaceful with lovely sea swimming only 10 minutes walk away.

We loved it and plan to return...

The villa, the garden, the pool...everything fantastic! The incredible Dafnis family members made us feel like home, assisting and also introducing us to the oil mill of Governor Olive Oil plus all the other super friendly gestures!! We miss them already and we are homesick for Villa Romantic! The wonderful nearly non touristic greek town of Agios Matheus, the short walk to beach and tavernas and the easy drives to all the surrounding beauty makes this the best trip ever! Thank you George and your whole family!

We were 2 couples and enjoyed 2 wonderful relaxing weeks of at Villa Romantic. We can only recommend this great place, the villa is really beautiful, well fournished, with a great swimming-pool and excellent outdoor space all over. The view to the sea and mountains is more than marvellous, it's only 10 minute walk to the beach with clear crystal water. Every night you have a stunning view at the sun going down from the nice and spacy terrace.

Kitchen is well equipped with all amenities needed. From the upstairs bedrooms with smaller terraces which you find whole time shadow place you have spectacular views over the sea and mountains nearby. Within 15 min. walk you will find 3 nice tavernas, two situated directly at the seaside and one taverna in a lovely garden area with good food, fresh fish. The nice mountain village Agio Matheos is nearby and you feel in a Greek familiar athmosphere 30 years ago without tourism. A lot of sight-seeing spots can be reached by car within short time and the southern part has nice places and beaches to explore, beautiful tavernas watching sunset every night are very close to reach by car.

And the most impressing fact is the owner's family. They are all so friendly, that you got familiar from the beginning till the end of your holidays. Home made food was offered when we did arrive by Sofia. Thasos was always helpful, if needed and took care of the swimming-pool and garden. Georgios and Spiros managed car rental, picked us up at the airport and guided us to first supermarket nearby. We seldom had such a nice welcome like here. We will never forget this beautiful villa with their wonderful family, unforgettable sunsets and beautiful views, and decided to come back very soon to this paradise.

Villa: Very clean! Private, remote, beautiful seaview, big garden with clean pool.

Area: Nature reserve with loads of olive treas, the main thing you will hear in the villa are birds and the ocean. The area is not very touristic, authentic greek houses (and people). Touristic area;s are in reach, within 10 min by car.

Family Dafnis: Very friendly, you feel welcome straight away and this wil stay till the end. This realy gives an extra dimension to your stay!

We stayed at the villa with 4 adults and 3 small kids. We had a perfect time with only positive experiences. We rented 2 cars arranged by the fam. Dafnis. For sure you will need a car.

If you like nespresso, there is a machine available in the villa, but cups are hard to find in the area, so bring some :)
