Although the layout was a little quirky, we soon settled in and found that it suited us perfectly. The pool was of a really good size and nice and clean. As there were only sunbeds by the pool, we did have to re-arrange some of the outside furniture from the front of the villa to suit our needs but other than that it was great. Both of the bathrooms were nice and large and had great showers.
One small comment was that during our 7 night stay, the towels were replaced mid way though, which was fine, but apparently the bed linen was not scheduled to be changed. As there is no A/C in the villa and it was VERY warm at nights, we felt it was essential that there was a change. We did insist and the ladies very kindly did change bed for us.
The villa was situated in a small residential street only a matter of a few minutes walk to the lovely marina where there are loads of bars and eateries to suit all tastes. The beach was no more than a 10 minute walk and was lovely. Also no shortage of supermarkets.
There is also a good bus route to take you into Ciutadella and beaches in between. It was our first visit to Menorca and all in all we loved it.

Estancia muy positiva con dos niños pequeños. Es ideal para familias con niños. Lo único negativo a destacar es la comunicación con la agencia que por defecto es en inglés, y estando en España me descoloca un poco. Pero esto no ha afectado para que todo haya ido bien durante la estancia.
Cerca de la casa, un puerto deportivo y tiendas deportivas. Locales de copas y restaurantes para quien le pueda interesar, andando unos metros simplemente. Volveriamos sin duda.

Para mejorar, tener lavavajillas y la piscina se ensucia mucho por culpa de los arboles del vecino.

Esto debe haber sido una molestia para su estadía con nosotros. no real issues with the property but there were many issues with the pool as it needed cleaning constantly prior to using it due to debris from surrounding trees etc.
