New year
Myself and my girlfriend spent a perfect new years getaway here and the views of the harbour made for an idyllic view of fireworks and a great place to sit and bring in the new year. Thank you for this experience

I’m familiar with the apartment block so the location and wonderful views were as expected . The apartment was clean and everything as hoped and expected. Would love to stay again.

Tolle Lage und super Wohnung.
Die Wohnungsadresse sehr schlecht zu finden. Die angegebenen Adresse gibt es nicht.
Die Schlafzimmertür und Balkontüren ließen sich nicht verschließen.
As always I am delighted that this guest enjoyed the location and ambiance of our apartment Had she read the information pack that I sent her she would have seen that I advise that there are 2 different address the old original one and a new amended version. So she should not have had a problem finding our building.
I don’t quite understand why she commented on the fact that there were no locks on the bedroom or balcony doors. The apartment is on the fifth floor and there aren’t many cat burglars in El Toro !! Nobody had never asked why there are no locks on the bedroom doors so I really am at a loss to answer that sensibly.
Apart from these issues l trust she enjoyed her holiday.
Casa Benisi - Fantastic
Just arrived back from a weeks stay - just wish it could have been longer. I can only repeat what others have already said. A light, airy, spacious apartment with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen - should you wish to cook rather than eat out. A balcony with a view to appease most - breakfast and afternoon/early evening drinks on the balcony watching the marina life tick over, just what you need to relax. Full and complete directions and instructions provided before arrival - thank you. I would highly recommend this property to all and we cannot wait until we have the opportunity to return (for a longer stay next time)

Etwas Besonderes
Die ersten 2 Februarwochen auf Mallorca, sie waren wundervoll, das waren nicht nur dem Wetter und der fantastischen Natur zu verdanken, sondern auch dem sehr komfortablen großzügig ausgestatteten Bemax. Ein Appartement in dem nichts fehlt und auch im Detail an das gute Wohngefühl für die Gäste gedacht wird, das ist der Umsicht und dem Stilgefühl von Peter Bennett zu verdanken. Bei einigen anfänglichen Problemen war auch Beth eine verläßliche Hilfe und eine freundliche interessante Gesprächspartnerin. I-Punkt in diesem zeitlichen "Zuhause" war der Blick übers Meer, sogar vom Bett aus!

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Komfort toller Meerblick, super Ausgangslage um die Westküste zu besichtigen
Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Januar in Casa Benisi verbracht und uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist fantastisch. Der Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon sitzt man sehr windgeschützt, bei Bedarf mit Sonnenschutz und bequemen Möbeln. Auch im Januar kann man gut in der Sonne draußen sitzen. Den Sonnenuntergang sieht man von der Wohnung aus.
Das Boxspringbett ist super bequem.
Zu Fuß erreicht man einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor und hinter dem Haus.
Anfangs hat uns die angegebene Adresse verwirrt, weil google maps ein Objekt anzeigt, welches nicht am Meer liegt. Es ist aber alles ok, der El Toro Block liegt direkt am Wasser, unten befindet sich auch ein kleiner schöner Strand.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Westküste zu erkunden. Zum Flughafen oder Palma-Innenstadt fährt man 30 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Το συγκρότημα διαμερισμάτων βρίσκεται πίσω στον κεντρικό δρόμο που συνδέει τη Santa Ponsa και το Magaluf. Το ξενοδοχείο εξυπηρετείται από τακτικά δρομολόγια λεωφορείων που συνδέουν όλες τις μεγάλες πόλεις του νησιού. Η παραλία El Toro απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το κοντινό χωριό El Toro διαθέτει ένα εξαιρετικό αρτοποιείο, μια ποικιλία από χρήσιμα καταστήματα, τράπεζες και ένα σούπερ μάρκετ, τα οποία απέχουν μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η πρόσφατα χτισμένη μαρίνα του Port Adriano είναι ένας παράδεισος λάτρεις των σκαφών και έχει πολλά υπέροχα εστιατόρια, μπαρ και καταστήματα σε αυτό, και πάλι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την είσοδο του κτηρίου στη στάθμη της θάλασσας. Το χωριό είναι ήσυχο και ήσυχο, αλλά οι πολυσύχναστες πόλεις Santa Ponsa και Magaluf απέχουν μόνο μερικά λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
Άλλες Δραστηριότητες: Περπάτημα και ποδηλασία.
Γκολφ: Για σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα οι εξαιρετικές κλιματολογικές συνθήκες στη Μαγιόρκα καθιστούν το Γκολφ ευχάριστο όλο το χρόνο, αλλά καλύτερα στις χαμηλές εποχές, όταν δεν είναι τόσο ζεστό. Υπάρχουν περίπου 15 σπουδαία μαθήματα σε εκπληκτικές τοποθεσίες σε όλο το νησί. Τα πλησιέστερα τοπικά μαθήματα απέχουν μόνο μερικά λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το γκολφ δεν είναι πολύ καλύτερο από αυτό!
