Decided to stay here after viewing the photos and reading the comments. The home is very nice, modern and beautifully furnished. It’s located in a gated community which you need a pass or a fob to enter. There is a lot of construction on the street where the house is located. It shouldn’t pose a problem if you spend your time at Universal or Disney. The house is about 30 minutes from Disney and 40-45 minutes from Universal. Might be a problem if you have small kids that need naps. Overall, my family(wife & 2 teenagers) and I, enjoyed the space and privacy the home provided. If we make it back to the area, this will be on the top or our list...

Clean & beautiful!!
We had a wonderful time staying in this house! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, & comfortable. The house had everything we needed really. A few side notes to make your trip more enjoyable...if you are going to be cooking you’ll want to bring some seasonings with you, remember beach towels for the pool, if staying for a while and doing laundry you might want to bring some detergent, extra tp & paper towels, etc. We went to Disney but the house is a long way from the park. It took between 25-35 minutes depending on traffic, which isn’t a big deal if you stay at the park all day but we left in the middle of the day to come back and enjoy the pool then went back so that was a lot of driving for us. This house would be perfect for just getting away for a nice relaxing vacation. There is a Publix pretty close by but expect a 15-20 min drive to a decent restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!
